The Clash

Hoy toca una entrada homenaje a gente que ha significado mucho en esto de la música. Y The Clash son uno de esos grupos que revolucionaron, a partir de los setenta, el mundo musical. Yo no entiendo mucho de clasificar a las bandas en algún estilo, pero de hacerlo, a The Clash los metería dentro del cajón punk-rock. Muchos grupos actuales reconocen la influencia de los de Joe Strummer y compañía en sus creaciones. No en vano han sido reconocidos por el mundo de la música, entrando en las famosas listas de la revista Rolling Stones, o ingresando en el Salón de la Fama del Rock.

Y la canción que he elegido es una de las más famosas. No pasa nada por elegir las canciones más populares, ni se es menos erudito (que no lo soy, aunque lo intentara), ni nada por el estilo. La importancia de este tipo de canciones es enorme. Dicho esto, no sé con que intención, os dejo con Should I Stay or Should I Go, canción que cada uno puede interpretar a su manera, aunque puede que sea bastante explícita. Como curiosidad, los coros en la segunda parte de la canción, cantados en un castellano más que dudoso. Se ve que le preguntaron a la madre del técnico de sonido, así, como de ir por casa, y ahi lo tienes, éxito mundial.
